Law enforcers kept a taxi driver in the office for almost a day, in whose car they found a body People’s Deputy Anton Polyakov… The police allegedly beat the man.

According to him, Polyakov was transplanted into a taxi car from another car, although earlier the taxi driver said that he picked up the people’s deputy at a public transport stop.

“He gave evidence. He did not know and could not know, they used something, did not use. He lied that he picked him up at a transport stop, but in fact, he was given a lift from another car and asked to take him home. At first he decided not to involve other people, so he said that he took him from the bus stop and drove him. So the guys punished him. But there are no traces, the examination will not show, “the lawyer said.

The lawyer also said that the taxi driver was kept in the department for almost a day instead of three hours, and that his whereabouts were hidden. At the same time, the victim does not intend to sue the law enforcement agencies, because he is “an ordinary guy and just wants to live.”

According to journalists, the taxi driver was allegedly convicted in 2017 under Part 2 of Article 149 “Trafficking in Human Beings” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Death of Anton Polyakov

Recall Anton Polyakov died in Kiev on the night of October 8… The people’s deputy was found in a taxi car by police officers, he was unconscious.

An ambulance was called for the people’s deputy, but the doctors could not bring him back to life.

Law enforcers started a case under Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code (Intentional Murder) marked “natural death”.

An autopsy showed that Polyakov died due to acute coronary insufficiency, acute coronary heart disease.

According to People’s Deputy Galina Yanchenko, as a result of a toxicological study, they found out that Polyakov died due to alcohol and methadone reaction.
