Taliban called for a nationwide ban on women Afghanistan. The Taliban prohibits women from attending college.

“You are all advised to immediately carry out the order to suspend women’s education until further notice,” reads the letter sent to all public and private universities, signed by the Minister of Higher Education, Neda Mohammad Nadeem. AFP extension.
