Suzuki will launch a new SUV in Indonesia next month. The Japanese manufacturer throws a code that will introduce the Suzuki Grand Vitara in February 2023.
This was announced by Suzuki through his social media channels. Suzuki spreads teaser images of the new SUV. The teaser has the tagline ‘The Exellent Revival’ which gives a code that Grand Vitara will be reborn in Indonesia.
The teaser also displays the launch date of the Grand Vitara. This car will be introduced at the 2023 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) automotive exhibition at JIEXpo, Kemayoran, Jakarta on 16 February 2023.

The new Suzuki Grand Vitara launched in India last year. Maruti Suzuki India has also announced that it will send this car to 60 countries in the world, one of which is in the ASEAN region. It is possible that the Suzuki Grand Vitara, which will be launched in Indonesia, will be a car imported from India.
From the exterior, the Grand Vitara has a muscular design in the style of SUVs in general. Don’t forget that the sporty touch is also presented from the SUV in the middle class.
In the interior, Suzuki presents a luxurious appearance by embedding gold accents and stitching in the same color as the upholstery. For added comfort, there are also ventilated seats for the front passenger.
There are two engine options offered by the Suzuki Grand Vitara. The first is the 1.5L Intelligent Electric Hybrid engine which has a pretty good fuel efficiency of 27.97 km/liter. This machine offers three choices of driving models such as EV, Eco, Power and Normal. This engine is paired with an e-CVT transmission. This machine is capable of producing a maximum power of 115.56 PS at 5,500 rpm and 136.8 Nm of torque at 4,400 rpm.
Meanwhile, the other carries the 1.5 K-Series Dual Jet engine, Dual VVT with Progressive Smart Hybrid. This machine is equipped with Brake Energy Regeneration and Torque assist features and also Idle Stop Start. This combination makes fuel consumption more efficient, namely 21.11 km / liter. The transmission carried for this machine is a 6-speed conventional automatic with Paddle Shift and a 5-speed manual. This 1.5 K-Series engine is capable of producing 103.06 PS of power at 6,000 rpm and 136.8 Nm of torque at 4,400 rpm.
