Suspect of stabbing officer in Groningen, handed over by France | NOW

One cop was stabbed several times in the face and neck. He was seriously injured and was in danger of his life for some time. The other officer was slightly injured and was quickly released from the hospital.

The police distributed a description and also shared camera images of the suspects. At least fifty tips came in and a houseboat on the Winschoterdiep was searched, among other things. According to the police, tips led to the arrest of the two men.
