A Pennsylvania man is charged with holding a 13-year-old girl against her will in a Queens hotel. The defendant forced her to undress and pose for sexually explicit photos, police said.
Lawrence Winslow, 27, was arrested Wednesday, hours after the victim reported what happened at the LaQuinta Inn hotel in Long Island City to police.
Winslow was partying with several friends on Tuesday around 11 p.m. when he invited the girl to his hotel room. When the minor arrived, the accused harassed her with drugs and alcohol and held her at the scene.
At some point during the night when the two were alone, Winslow undressed the teenager, held her and took pictures of her. He asked if they could have sex, but the teenager refused, police said.
Winslow let the child leave at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
Police arrested Winslow a few hours later on charges of unlawful imprisonment and acting detrimental to a child.
His arraignment in Queens Criminal Court was pending Thursday.
