Sunday, August 29th, across the country will be lowered state flags.
This is reported, in particular, by the Ukrainian delegation to participate in the Trilateral Contact Group on its page in Facebook.
“Today, August 29, at 10:00 am, a nationwide minute of silence will be announced. The state flags of Ukraine will also be lowered on the administrative buildings of state authorities, foreign diplomatic institutions of Ukraine, state enterprises, institutions and organizations, in military units and on ships,” in the message.
Such events are held within the framework of the Day of Remembrance of the defenders of Ukraine who died in the struggle for independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state.
