Sony aims to make two million copies of the PlayStation VR2 headset by March, the news agency reported Bloomberg Monday. Mass production of the virtual reality glasses began last month.-
Sony hasn’t announced a price and release date yet, but the glasses are expected to appear early next year. From that point on, PlayStation 5 should also be more available. The console has been in short supply since its release in November 2020.

It was previously announced that more than twenty games will be available with the release of the PlayStation VR2 headset. It is not yet known which games are involved, but at least one spin-off game of the Horizon-series. The newest part of it, Forbidden West Horizonwas released in February of this year.

Also, some details about virtual reality glasses are already known. The headset can update images 90 to 120 times per second and has a higher resolution than its predecessor.
