SNCF Fires Tragedie Member After TV Appearance on Cyril Hanouna Show

Being a singer and a controller at the same time does not obviously go well with the SNCF.

According to information from our colleagues at The Informedrelayed by Pure Mediaone of the members of the Nantes hip-hop group Tragedy lost his job at SNCF. The fault of a passage on television, in the show “Do not touch My TV broadcast in June 2017 on C8.

The singer concerned is Hazdine Souiri, from his stage name AZ. He only joined the group in 2015, twelve years after the release of “Hey oh”, Tragedy’s biggest success. The latter has also changed its name several times: Tragédie therefore, but also Tragédie 2.0, Tragédie 3.0, T30 or even TRG.

When he appears in “TPMP”, AZ is recognized by one of his colleagues of the SNCF who reported him to his management. The singer was supposed to be on sick leave.

The railway company then realizes that it had lied about other absences due to health problems in order to perform several concerts. Summoned to a disciplinary council, the artist is dismissed from his position as controller. He had never informed his employer of his activities in music, which is obligatory at the SNCF. After his dismissal, Hazdine Souiri took legal action but was dismissed.
