Smallville Actress Allison Mack Talked About NXIVM Sex Cult Leader Keith Raniere

NXIVM “slave master” Allison Mack reported Keith Raniere to help authorities convict the sex cult leader, according to new court documents.

The former Smallville star, who pleaded guilty to racketeering in 2019, was revealed as a key informant against Raniere in a pre-sentencing memorandum ahead of her next court appearance in New York.

The memo from federal prosecutors, first reported by Variety and subsequently obtained by multiple media outlets, argued a reduced sentence due to Mack’s substantial cooperation in the Raniere prosecution – including audiotapes proving that he knew the so-called slaves were marked with their initials.

Mack faces between 14 and 17.5 years in prison for his role in the cult, and will be sentenced by District Court Judge Nicholas G Garaufis on June 30.

Acting US Attorney Jacquelyn M Kasulis and Deputy US Attorney Tanya Hajjar wrote to the court on Monday of Mack’s cooperation, while acknowledging “the seriousness of the criminal conduct in this case, which caused harm and damage. extraordinary pain to the victims ”.

The memo detailed the evidence Mack provided to prosecutors showing Raniere’s address to the slaves, as well as attempts to threaten the victims by co-defendant Clare Bronfman, heir to the Seagrams empire.

Mack did not testify during Raniere’s trial, and his cooperation with prosecutors was unknown until now. But the results of their involvement were often unknowingly mentioned during the trial, including references to recordings of Raniere discussing how to brand the members “Obedient Female Companions.”

The transcript of the recording, included in the memo, showed Raniere and Mack discussing the marking ceremony of the “slaves” which, according to him, had to be filmed from different angles to serve as a “guarantee”, used to prevent the Group members will leave or discuss their secrets with outsiders.

“Do you think that the person being marked should be completely naked and be held to the table like a, almost like a sacrifice? I don’t know if that, that’s a feeling of submission, you know, ”Raniere is quoted in the transcript.

“Lying on the back, the legs slightly, or the legs extended as, like the feet, the feet being held at the side of the table, the hands probably above the head being held, almost like being tied, like a sacrifice, whatever, ”he added.

Raniere also told Mack that the person should ask to be branded and call it an honor that he wants to carry for the rest of his life.

“And they should probably say that before being restrained, so it doesn’t look like they’re being coerced,” he said.

The memo indicates that Mack met with prosecutors numerous times, and that he admitted to his own involvement in the secret society, according to Fox News.

“Allison Mack recruited her own ‘slaves’ by approaching young women and falsely describing the group as a secret female empowerment or sisterhood congregation, while intentionally concealing Raniere’s role in the organization,” the memo states.

Mack’s attorneys are expected to file a sentencing memorandum by the end of the week.
