How to lose weight? Paulina lost 22 kilos in half a year

They say that weight loss it’s about the setting in the head. This is exactly the case with Paulina (32). She never dealt with her diet and gradually her weight climbed up to 90 kilos at her 168 centimeters. Then came the impulse to change in the form of breaking up with a friend. She became interested in a healthy lifestyle. She didn’t pay any expert, and yet she lost the pounds. She makes it sound like the easiest thing in the world! She simply wanted to lose weight, and so she succeeded.

She is now seven months postpartum and her goal is to tone up her figure through exercise. Watch the video and her amazing transformation. She tried out the role of a model and wore various fashion combinations: shirt dress they are always a safe bet and she convinced herself that neither wide trousers they don’t have to be avoided – just combine them with heels for sky-high legs. There is also a menu, thanks to which the kilos flew down.
