The take-off of an American Airlines flight between Las Vegas and Charlotte, in the United States, had to be delayed last Monday because of the behavior of a passenger who refused to wear a mask.
The behavior of the passenger led her to fight with another traveler. The incident was filmed by a sports betting consultant who was a few rows away.
“I thought to myself, ‘It’s clearly going to get weird,'” he told CNN.
The passenger, who was not wearing a mask, took off her sweater, then was stopped by another person. The conflict, which initially concerned a seat on the plane, drifted towards the issue of wearing a mask. It was at this time that the first blows were exchanged.
After a few hits, the two women swung into a row of seats, still fighting. The Las Vegas police finally had to intervene and escorted the lady who refused to wear her mask off the plane.
