“Then the perpetrator unzipped his trousers and took out his genitals. Then the perpetrator showed his genitals to the victim’s ABH,” said Markus.
He said ARF had asked the victim to suck his genitals, but the victim refused, crying in fear and leaving ARF. ARF also chased the victim and grabbed the victim’s breasts.

Markus said the victim then made a report. The police also arrested the perpetrator.
“(Evidence) is a black Honda Vario motorbike with police number B-4607-SGZ, a black alma mater shirt, a black Honda brand helmet,” he said.
ARF was charged under Article 36 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography and/or Article 82 of Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning Child Protection with the threat of a sentence of 10 years in prison.
