NEW ONLINE SELF-CERTIFICATION FORM

And indeed on the portal of Interior Ministry both versions are present: the “new” version and the “old” version which already has strikethrough parts, also as an example for those you had already downloaded and printed. Those who do not download and print the form, perhaps because it is impossible, have nothing to fear, because exactly as happened so far, the self-certification can be provided by the police themselves and therefore filled in at the time of the check. On the other hand, it should be noted that from now on, self-certification will no longer be essential for certain journeys. Formally there are some for which there is no need for “justification” on the model.
SELF-CERTIFICATION PHASE 2, NEW “EXPIRATION” MODULE?
