Breaking News

In a new lawsuit, Christian Combs, son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, is accused of sexual assault

LOS ANGELES — A lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday alleges that Christian Combs, son of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, sexually assaulted a woman while on a yacht chartered for a trip at the end of 2022. The lawsuit, brought by Grace O’Marcaigh, accuses Christian Combs of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and infliction of emotional distress.

New Allegation in Wave of Lawsuits

This lawsuit is the latest in a wave of lawsuits accusing Sean Combs of sexual assault, sexual trafficking, and other criminal activity. The music mogul, aged 54, has consistently denied all the allegations, calling them sickening. Christian Combs, aged 26, has now been named as a defendant in this new lawsuit.

Details of the Alleged Assault

According to the allegations, the assault occurred just days before Sean Combs hosted a New Year’s Eve yacht party, attended by several celebrity guests, including Christian Combs. Grace O’Marcaigh, who worked on the yacht as a steward, states that Christian Combs sexually assaulted her while on board. The yacht trip was initially promised as a wholesome family excursion which turned into a hedonistic environment, as per the lawsuit.

O’Marcaigh further states in the lawsuit that Christian Combs drugged her and sexually assaulted her, and she has provided audio clips as evidence. The recording, which was reportedly made by a producer present in the yacht’s studio, captures O’Marcaigh rejecting Christian Combs’ advances. O’Marcaigh also mentioned witnessing partying and drug use, involving a rotating group of suspected sex workers and celebrities.

Response from Sean Combs’ Side

While representatives for Christian and Sean Combs have not yet responded to the newly filed lawsuit, Sean Combs has publicly denied all the recent allegations made against him. The attorney representing O’Marcaigh described the alleged assault as part of a pattern and practice of depravity, passed down from father to son.

Impact on O’Marcaigh’s Life

O’Marcaigh’s lawsuit also highlights the detrimental impact the alleged assault has had on her mental health, personal life, and career. She claims to have been terminated from her job after reporting the assault to the yacht captain. O’Marcaigh suffered from anxiety, panic attacks, an eating disorder, and epileptic seizures that developed as a result of the emotional strain.
