At the beginning of this year, social media was hit by a scandal – a promising and many-praised Latvian entrepreneur and the creator of the clothing brand “Colorfall”, after receiving the customer’s money for the order, fumed in the air. After unfulfilled promises and countless attempts to contact the company’s manager, the customers in the dark united in the fight, turning to the Consumer Rights Protection Center and the police, but they did not get help. Among them was Laura, a Latvian living in London, who received a surprising message from the designer herself after “Bez Tabu” appeared on television screens.
