Samsung hasn’t spared with cameras on its new mid-range phones

With three new smartphones to spread the mid-range, Samsung has announced its latest Galaxy A-series models, the Galaxy A52, A52 5G and A72. With phones, a range of capabilities, typically familiar in the upper category, also drifts into friendlier price ranges such as an impressive camera selection or high refresh rate displays.

In the latter field, the Galaxy A52 5G carries the prime out of the trio, its 6.5-inch, 1080×2400-pixel AMOLED screen produces a waist, 120 hp, while the other two devices have 90 hertz of maximum refresh rate, the same resolution, and slightly higher for the A72, With a screen size of 6.7 inches. Hitting the panel, all new devices are monitored by a 32-megapixel self-timer camera.

The two LTE models, the A52 and A72, are powered by Qualcomm’s eight-core Snapdragon 720G processor, with two Cortex-A76 and six Cortex-A55 cores on board, while the A52 5G already has a Snadpragon 750G chip, in addition to the six Cortex-A55s with two Cortex-A77 cores. The chip is always paired with 6 gigabytes of RAM and 128 gigabytes of storage, the latter can be expanded to 1 terabyte with a microSD card as required. The soufflé is provided by a 4,500 mAh battery in the smaller models and a rugged 5,000 mAh battery in the A72.

For the first block compared to the middle level, the manufacturer lined up specifically percussion cameras on the backs of the devices. All three new models also feature a 64-megapixel f / 1.8 main camera with optical image stabilization, a 12-megapixel f / 2.2 ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 5-megapixel f / 2.4 macro camera. It also comes with a 5-megapixel depth sensor on the A52 and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom on the A72.

It’s also worth mentioning that all new devices have been rated IP67 for water and dust resistance, and come with Android 11 on board, of course with Samsung’s own One UI 3 user interface. The new models are already available in Hungary, the Galaxy A52 will go to the stores at a gross recommended price of 140 thousand, the Galaxy A52 5G at a gross recommended retail price of HUF 170 thousand, and the Galaxy A72 at a gross consumer price of HUF 175 thousand.
