Even though the overall design of the Galaxy A25 has not undergone any significant changes from the previous generation, the Galaxy A24, there is a new touch to the frame which now has a flat shape. This phone is also equipped with a “Key Island,” where the power and volume button areas on the right side are designed to stand out more. Apart from that, the Galaxy A25 5G supports 5G connectivity.

The Infinity-U screen measures 6.5 inches with a Super AMOLED panel and FHD+ resolution. This screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate, a maximum brightness level of 1,000 nits, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Uses the Exynos 1280 chipset made by Samsung with 5nm fabrication. Reinforced with 8GB RAM which can be increased to 8GB via the RAM Plus feature. There are 128GB or 256GB internal storage options available, which can be expanded via microSD card.
