Russian President Putin Defends Living Paycheck to Paycheck: Is Poverty an Incentive?

Russian President Putin openly stated that Russians live from paycheck to paycheck, but there is nothing wrong with that.

The head of the Kremlin is convinced that citizens of the Russian Federation should not live richly, because having large incomes relaxes people, and every person should “climb somewhere.”

The message says that at a meeting with the winners and mentors of the All-Russian Championship “Professionals,” Putin unexpectedly admitted that the standard of living of Russians is low, since the majority of Russian citizens still live “from paycheck to paycheck.”

Then the President of the Russian Federation explained why he believes that poverty is not a vice, but, on the contrary, an incentive to action. The head of the Kremlin gave strange arguments in favor of his theory about the advantages of poverty: those who have everything value nothing, and those who have nothing make efforts to achieve at least something.

On the same day, Monday, December 18, Putin visited the Central Election Commission and registered as a candidate for the presidency of the Russian Federation. The main paradox is that the man who brought Russians into poverty during more than twenty years of his rule is going to continue leading them into the abyss, being re-elected for another term.

Earlier, a flash mob against Putin began in Russia.

Yakovina also voiced Putin’s war plan, citing a source who warned of an invasion on February 24.

Let us remember that Portnikov warned when Putin would try to achieve the results of the blitzkrieg, which failed in 2022.
