On the evening of Saturday 16 July 2022 the municipal police officers of Rouen (Seine Maritime) participated “live” a rip offon the screens of the Urban Supervision Center.

Two unaccompanied minors
Thanks to CCTV images and the victim’s report, a crew from the Crime Brigade (Bac) found the two suspects on the left bank of the Seine. They were arrested around 6:45 pm.
Placed in police custody, those arrested claim to be 14 and 16 years old respectively, according to our source who states: “They are unaccompanied minors. “
Series of tearing jewels
As for the stolen necklace, it was not found. The investigation continues.
This arrest “follows several jewelry thefts,” adds the same source. However, investigators currently do not know whether these acts were committed by the perpetrators themselves.
