Name Ronaldinho will be immortalized RANS Nusantara at their sports complex in the Prestige Sportainment area at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2 in North Jakarta.
This was stated by the Chairman of RANS Rudy Salim. RANS Nusantara really wants to build a sports complex, as they said after acquiring Cilegon United in 2021.
Ronaldinho, who is currently in Indonesia because he was invited by RANS, was also used for the introduction of the socialization of the construction of their Sport Complex. Former Brazilian national team players were also invited to visit the PIK 2 area, a location that will be transformed into a sports park area by RANS.
In that area, a field will be built for RANS Nusantara to the Sports Center for the Basketball team, RANS PIK Basketball. Not only that, RANS will also build facilities for other sports, up to a zoo.
“The field will be certified by FIFA. So the quality is very good for training and warming up RANS players,” said Ruddy about the stadium that will be built to become the headquarters of RANS Nusantara, at PIK 2, Monday (27/6/2022).
Currently Ronaldinho currently undergoing a series of activities in Indonesia at the invitation of RANS. Previously, the former Barcelona player had also appeared at the Ronaldinho Trofeo at the Kanjuruhan Stadium, Malang, Sunday (26/6).
Ronaldinho also gave his hand wax prints to RANS. Later the prints will be displayed in the field which is planned to be called Ronaldinho’s Field.
“This is a historic and proud moment because it is the only sporting venue in Indonesia where a living world football legend visited and gave his handprint. It cannot be our home because the grass is synthetic and the stands only have a capacity of 400 spectators,” said Rudy Salim.
Ronaldinho’s The field is reportedly going to be built in an area of 2,000 square meters and is targeted for completion in 2023 RANSthe field will also be rented out to the public.
