Robbery occurred in the Gading Serpong area, Kelapa Dua, Tangerang, went viral on social media. Perpetrators were mentioned armed with fire and mocking the victim.
Kapolsek Kelapa Dua AKP Muharram Wibisono confirmed the incident. The incident happened around 19.30 WIB.
“It is true that there was an incident, the perpetrator has been secured,” Muharram said when contacted by journalists, Friday (10/30/2020).
Muharram explained that the perpetrators initially entered supermarket parking in Gading Serpong, Kelapa Dua, 19.30 WIB. A witness saw the perpetrator carrying a firearm.
“There were those who saw them, the residents were scared and then called the security forces,” said Wibisono.
However, at that time the perpetrator ran towards the hotel, which is still in the same area as the supermarket. There, the culprit hold up the hotel receptionist.
“When he entered the hotel, he sat for a while in the lobby looking at the receptionist,” he said.
