In addition, in response to high customer demand, Rimi has also expanded the delivery area of ​​e-shop purchases and shortened the time from ordering goods to receiving the completed purchase.

“This year Rimi to plan to continue the growth of the e-store by expanding its assortment, capacity and delivery route network in order to become available to an even wider circle of Latvian residents. Quality is one of Rimi priorities, and ensuring appropriate temperature regimes throughout the e-store supply chain from store to purchase to customers is a constant focus of our operations. This means that the completed orders are stored in specially built warehouses with appropriate temperature regimes, but the delivery transport is equipped with increased thermal insulation and refrigeration equipment, which so far in Latvia have been used mostly only by medical goods traders.

“According to a survey *, Rimi The e-shop is especially important for those whose daily lives are in a dynamic mode – they are often residents of the capital, economically active, young people for whom it is important to combine work, private and public life and other responsibilities, so fast and convenient shopping is especially important. However, during the year we have significantly expanded the delivery routes and plan to further increase the capacity of the e-store by adding new delivery directions.
