He Cartagena City Council has prepared an authorization procedure for reactivate activities in municipal social venues, where the Neighborhood Associations managing the social premises, must submit a detailed file on each of the activity to be developed, which will be evaluated by a mixed Commission made up of municipal officials, including a doctor, and by representatives of the Federation of Associations of Neighbors, Women and the Elderly, as reported by the Councilor for the Decentralization Area, Diego Ortega.

He deadline for submitting applications will be 10 calendar days counting from tomorrow Saturday, September 26, and will be presented electronically through the municipal electronic headquarters.
