Recognize Russia as a sponsor of terrorism feared in the US State Department

A group of Democrats in the House of Representatives on Thursday introduced a new measure that, if passed by Congress, would become law, according to media reports. Thus, Russia is recognized as a state sponsor of terrorism without the approval of the State Department.
