The system includes 7 real estate activities for licensed establishments: real estate brokerage activity, real estate marketing activity, property management activity, facilities management activity, real estate auction activity, real estate advertising activity, and real estate consulting and analysis activity.
The work of individuals is limited to only four of them: mediation, marketing, advertising, and providing real estate consultancy and analysis.
