A week after watchOS 9.3 Beta 2 was released, Apple released watchOS 9.3 RC for developers.
Apple releases RC for watchOS 9.3 developers
The RC release notes for watchOS9.3 developers say “Update your app to use new features and test your app against API changes”, but there is no description of details, and the main may be a bug fix.
watchOS 9.2 introduces a “race course” feature for outdoor running and cycling, updated workout apps for more accurate metrics, support for a new home app architecture, and more.
To install watchOS9.3 Developer RC, download the configuration profile from the Apple Developer Center,iPhoneInstall from the Apple Watch app.
Download it by going to General > Software Update.
To install, your Apple Watch must have at least 50% battery and be on a charger. It must be within range of communication with the iPhone connected to Wi-Fi.
