Kovalchuk reminded Razumkov of correcting spam when voting for bills and noted that the day of work of the Verkhovna Rada costs Ukrainians UAH 3.5 million.

Razumkov became the speaker of the Rada on August 29, 2019… From May to December 2019, he was the head of the pro-presidential Servant of the People party, entered the Rada under the first number of its electoral list. The Servant of the People parliamentary faction and Razumkov have disagreements over the law on oligarchs. After the adoption of the bill in the second reading, Razumkov announced attempts to falsify the text of the document.
The current situation in the Office of the President called “ideological conflict” and did not rule out that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky would intervene in it. In the faction, the conflict with Razumkov was called “a difficult production situation” and allowed the possibility of resignation of the Speaker of the Rada.
“Ukrainian truth” citing sources, she said that on September 16, the head of the parliamentary faction “Servant of the People” David Arahamia during a football match in Kiev negotiated votes for Razumkov’s resignation with businessman Igor Kolomoisky. September 17 Arachamia denied this information.
On September 30, he turned to Razumkov on behalf of faction “Servant of the people” with a request to issue signature lists for collecting signatures on the recall of the head of parliament. Sheets for this appeal were prepared, the press secretary of Razumkov said that they can be picked up at the Rada’s office. Arachamiya made another similar appeal, but already on my own.
As a result of the conflict, Servant of the People decided not to invite Razumkov to the visiting meeting of the faction in Truskavets Lviv region.
On October 2, the People’s Deputy from the “Servant of the People” Aleksey Ustenko reported that his the faction has collected a sufficient number of signaturesrequired to initiate the recall of Razumkov from the post of speaker of the Rada.
Arachamia predictsthat more than 240 people’s deputies will vote for Razumkov’s resignation.
Razumkov said on October 5 that in case of resignation intends to create my own large team. The Verkhovna Rada plans to consider the issue of recalling the speaker at the meeting on 7 October.
