Queues at the migration PSC Aktau explained in the “Government for Citizens”

According to the citizens, they are forced to stand in line for hours to receive services.

The situation was commented in the “Government for Citizens”.

– In the migration services sector of the Aktau city department No. 2, a queue accumulation was recorded due to the fact that the center provides services to labor migrants for registration, quarterly re-registration, as well as renewal of the contract with the employer. In addition, foreign students receive a temporary residence permit. Also, visitors often turn to the migration sector with an incomplete set of documents, as a result of which they have to apply for the provision of services several times. We also inform you that in the building of this sector, in the operating room, there is an office for fingerprinting migrant workers of the migration police, – commented Zhadyra Shalabayeva, PR manager of the branch of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” in the Mangistau region.

At the same time, it is noted that in the sector of migration services of the Aktau city department No. 2, citizens are served on a first-come, first-served basis, public services are provided in accordance with approved standards and requirements.
