Queen and Adam Lambert release first live album | NOW

After seven years of performing together, Queen and Adam Lambert release their first live album. Live Around the World should be released on October 2, reports Billboard Friday.

Guitarist Brian May says the timing of an album worked out well as live performances have been shut down for everyone for the time being due to the corona virus. The track list includes well-known records such as Don’t Stop Me Now, Somebody to Love in Bohemian Rhapsody.

The recordings were made at performances that took place between 2014 and 2020, in Portugal, Japan and London, among others. The album is released on CD, vinyl, DVD and blu-ray.

Queen and Lambert had to European Rhapsody Tour canceled earlier this year due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The performances must resume on May 23 in Bologna, Italy. On 29 and 30 May, the artists will perform in the Amsterdam Ziggo Dome.
