Sameh Hussein wrote, saying: If the world comes to someone, it will take away the goodness of someone else, and if it turns away from him, it will take away the goodness of himself.
Sameh Hussein’s last play was “The Optimist” at the Bayram Theater of Tunisia, with the participation of Hanan Adel.
The play “The Optimist” is taken from the novel “Candide” by the French writer Voltaire, directed by Islam Imam, and it stars Sameh Hussein, and also co-starring Sami Maghouri, Sahar Al-Sayegh, Ashraf Abdel Ghafour, and a group of young people from the National Theater, music by Hisham Jabr, decor Hazem Shebel, Naima Ajami’s clothes, shows by Diaa Shafiq, and Tariq Ali’s songs.
