The fifth president noted that in order to break the chain of the epidemic, it is necessary to vaccinate at least 80% of the population in a short time.



At the same time, at the beginning of March, Poroshenko said at a meeting of the conciliation council that Ukrainian doctors refuse to receive vaccinations against coronavirus, and the brought drug Covishield called “shit”.

Three vaccines against coronavirus have been registered in Ukraine – Oxford/AstraZeneca (Covishield), Pfizer/BioNTech and CoronaVacdeveloped by Sinovac Biotech.

From February 24 Ukrainians are vaccinated the Covishield vaccine arriving from India. As of March 13 in Ukraine made 47.5 thousand vaccinations from the coronavirus.

According to calendar plan for 2021, healthcare workers working with COVID-19 patients are the first to receive free vaccinations, and members of the Joint Forces operation… Until November, they want to vaccinate the rest of the doctors, workers in the spheres of state security and education, as well as people over 60 years old. During 2021-2022, 50% of the population of Ukraine (20 million) plan to cover vaccination.
