The police ended two illegal parties last night. In Brunssum, South Limburg, 400 people were sent away who were partying in a warehouse on a business park. In Leeuwarden it was about a hundred people who danced in a park in a suburb. Nobody was arrested.
“We came across this party because it was reported on social media,” said a spokeswoman for the police in Brunssum. 1Limburg. The police arrived at the warehouse around 1 a.m. “We then spoke to the visitors and ordered them to leave.” According to the spokeswoman, that call was answered.

The police in Leeuwarden took action around 1:30 am after various reports from residents of a neighborhood in the east of the city. It took a while for the police to find the location of the party. It turned out that it was not in the district itself, but a few kilometers away in a park. There, the police found not only about a hundred partygoers, but also a complete music installation with a DJ and a bar. “The organizer ended the party after a conversation with the police and cleaned up the mess,” reports Omrop Fryslan.
