Police Arrest Driving Attack Midodareni Event in Solo

SOLO, KOMPAS.com – A new perpetrator in the case of alleged beatings and destroying events midodareni or prayer before the wedding was arrested the joint police team Solo on Sunday (17/8/2020).

“The perpetrator was immediately detained at the Rutan (detention center) at the Solo Police. Where his involvement was the driving force of one of the mass groups who when they came to the scene of the case of violence,” said Ade in Solo, Central Java, Monday (18/8 / 2020).

The police, continued Ade, asked other perpetrators related to the alleged case of beating and destroying the midodareni customary event to surrender immediately.

The police will continue to hunt and chase them. Because, said Ade, there is no room for intolerance, thuggery and radicalism groups in Solo.

“In accordance with our promise, we will process all the perpetrators involved in the violence that occurred. And similar actions should not happen in the future. So we will uphold the law as much as possible,” he explained.

With one new perpetrator, the total number of perpetrators arrested in this case is 10. Of that number six of them have been named suspects. While the rest is still in depth.

“God willing, this Tuesday we will submit five case files which we will submit to the Solo Kejari in the framework of the first phase of file research,” he said.
