It should also involve the Baltic countries, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, since the countries are “victims of bad dynamics.”

A new diplomatic format for consultations between the countries was proposed by the Polish Ambassador to Ukraine Bartosz Cichocki. This format is necessary to jointly overcome challenges in the foreign policy arena. This is reported by the TV channel House.

According to the diplomat, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and the Baltic countries should also be involved in the new format.

“The situation is not changing for the better due to the completion of the construction of Nord Stream-2, the summit of the US and Russian presidents in Geneva and the events in Afghanistan and Belarus. Therefore, this format is needed to jointly overcome the challenges,” Tsikhotsky said.

He believes that the listed countries are in danger “only on a different scale.” At the same time, Ukraine is in a worse position, since it is neither a member of the European Union, nor a member of NATO.

“Aggression and occupation continues on your territory. This is not happening here yet. But the countries of our region are in one way or another the victims of this bad dynamics. We must jointly find answers to these challenges, to these threats,” the ambassador stressed.

Meanwhile, the President of Poland Andrzej Duda supported Ukraine’s accession to the EU… In his opinion, the EU must demonstrate that it is not a club for the elite.

We add, the ruling party of Poland adopted a resolution, excluding the possibility of Poland’s exit from the EU.
