The victim woman posted a message on Dcard on the 14th, saying that around 4 p.m. that day, she had a conflict with an aunt between Beijie Shandao Temple and Taipei Main Station. Yuan Po elaborated on the cause, “She kept squeezing me hard after entering the carriage, but because the carriage was already very crowded, I didn’t say anything. Then at one stop, a boy got off the car and squeezed her, because she was very close to me, so he didn’t say anything.” It pushed me so much that I was really about to fall, so I stood up straight with a little force, because she was leaning on me, so when I stood up straight she was also pushed.”

After being pushed, the aunt began to yell at Yuan Po, “Someone squeezed me just next to me, why did you push me?” Yuan Po said that he did not “push” and it was because the aunt did not stand up properly that her center of gravity was unstable. However, the aunt was not relieved and got off the car at Yuan Po. When Yuan Po was angered, he pushed her back with her arms. Then the aunt suddenly lost control and ran away. She pulled Yuan Po’s hair and pushed her to the ground, shouting that it was Yuan Po who hit her.

Yuan Po recalled it later and said in horror, “Fortunately, there were boys next to her to help separate her… She also wanted to pull me out of the car. I am very grateful to those who helped. I was so scared at the time that my head was pushed down and I couldn’t see it. The main thing is who helped me, but I really thank you.” She also regretted not asking the station staff for help, and said, “I was a little impulsive… I should just ignore this kind of aunt when I encounter her in the future… As for why She is said to be Chinese because she speaks with an accent.”

Netizens read the post and left messages to express their grievances for her, “Call the police! Tell the few unqualified Chinese to go back.” “I happened to be nearby at that time, but I didn’t see it in a different carriage, otherwise I would have gone to help, people. Safety is the most important thing, be careful next time you go out.” “You weren’t hurt, but it was considered an attack.” “Chinese aunts are the scariest. You should protect yourself and call the police.”

Xiao Yute, deputy captain of the first detachment of the MRT Police Force, also left a message below, “This woman may be legally responsible for your actions. In order to clarify the relevant cases and accept them for investigation, please call the detachment or Report the incident to a nearby police station.” Yuan Po later updated his post and said, “We have decided to call the police. Thank you for reading everyone’s messages.”

However, “Sanli News Network” called the deputy team leader earlier. Deputy Xiao pointed out that no police report had been received from the victim. He also revealed that the monitors in the carriages were only kept for 7 days, while the ones at the station were for 2 weeks. If the woman wanted to collect evidence and defend her rights, she could Take advantage of your time.
