“Phoenix to Perform Ambitious Concert in Sigulda Featuring Latest Album ‘Alpha Zulu'”

On June 6 at 8:00 p.m., an ambitious concert will be performed on the stage of the Sigulda ruins indie music stars and Grammy Award winners Phoenix from France. While visiting Sigulda, the group will present their latest album “Alpha Zulu”, which was recorded at the Louvre Museum in Paris. The concert will feature songs from the new album, complementing the compositions with already well-known works.

“Phoenix” is one of the most remarkable of this century indie groups founded in the early 2000s. Band members: vocalist Thomas Mars, guitarists and brothers Laurent Brenkowitz and Christian Mazzalai, as well as bassist-keyboardist Dec D’Arcy. The debut album “United”, which was released in 2000, placed the group on the list of the most important indie artists.
