– An adult man has been declared dead by a doctor on the spot.
This is what operations manager Tom Einar Gausdal in the Agder police district tells NRK.
Around 2.30 pm on Thursday, the police reported that there was a person in the water at Borøya in Tvedestrand.
The emergency services moved out to Hagefjordbrygga. From there, police, fire brigade and health personnel were transported out in a boat, writes Tvedestrandsposten.
The lifeboat Inge Steensland also went out to the place.
