The three suspects are bus drivers. Meanwhile, the victim identified by local media with the short name Toqa is a 21-year-old girl who is suffering from mental retardation.

The incident took place the last week of April 2021.
According to the victim’s family, the older brother invited Toqa to spend a few days with his children. After arriving at his brother’s house, he decided to go out with his nephews to play with them.
The next day, the victim came out again at around 9:00 am, while his older brother was still sleeping in the room with his wife.
Three unidentified men stopped her and lured the girl to an apartment near her older brother’s residence.
When Toqa’s older brother woke up, he started looking for him and asked residents for help using the mosque’s microphone and social media.
After 24 hours of searching, the girl was finally seen in a place away from her brother’s residence, with signs of abuse on her body.
According to a butcher shop owner and eyewitness, he was quoted as saying Gulf News, Monday (3/5/2021), the girl was kidnapped by three men who locked her in an apartment.
However, the three suspects forgot to lock the door again after completing the crime and escaping. The victim managed to leave the scene.
Toqa’s brother rushed to report the incident to the police. An investigation was launched.
