The Argentine Football Association announced the suspension of all sporting activities due to the new Corona virus “Covid 19”, and, according to what the Argentine federation confirmed in an official statement, the decision came on the recommendation of Matias Limens, Minister of Tourism and Sports of Argentina.
For his part, Claudio Tapia, President of the Argentine Football Association, explained that he sent letters to all clubs to inform them of stopping the activity until the end of March, and the decision came as a precautionary measure against the Corona virus, which spread widely in the European continent and North America, and a number of South American countries.
It is worth noting that the Argentine Federation confirmed in its statement that the decision to postpone until the end of March unless other measures are announced according to the upcoming developments.
