Celebrity Nikita Mirzani officially detained at Class IIB Serang Rutan starting today, Tuesday (25/10). Detention is carried out when the case file is declared complete and transferred to the Serang District Attorney.

Serang District Attorney’s Office Chief Freddy D Simandjuntak said Nikita Mirzani would be detained for the next 20 days in Serang Prison.
Freddy said his group arrested Nikita with various considerations, such as providing a deterrent effect for not repeating his actions, running away and eliminating evidence.
“Considered firm for objective reasons, ie Article 21 paragraph 4 that the criminal penalty is greater than 5 years, therefore for subjective reasons Article 21 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code”, he affirmed.
Freddy admitted that there had been resistance to the detention attempt.
“Yes, we refused, we are persuasive, even human, after all, to be detained, right, so far the person concerned has not been arrested, the detention went to the prosecution, so we carry out the detention,” Freddy said.
According to Freddy, the prosecutor will complete the file for Nikita’s trial, which is expected to take place at the Serang District Court. They will complete this dossier within 20 days.
“Furthermore, we will prepare the indictment in 20 days and immediately transfer it to the Serang District Court,” he said.
