New York commotion: subway passenger saved woman from being stabbed

It was about Joshua Nazaria, a 22-year-old who approached another passenger with a knife, identified as a 54-year-old woman, He threw her to the ground and sought to stab her in the back and chest.

In a matter of seconds, Conaboy pounced on Nazaria to stop the attack, and although he had to struggle, was able to reduce it with the help of other passengers, who held the assailant to the ground until the police arrived. Nazaria has already been taken into police custody and will be charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon. The female victim of the attack was placed under medical observation and it is hoped that she can recover from what happened.
