New service for Mariazell – Bruck an der Mur

Since the summer of this year, the BZT lawyers have been offering services to citizens and companies seeking legal advice on the premises of the Raiffeisenbank in Mariazell.

With currently five lawyers and eleven well-trained employees, BZT Rechtsanwälte has been one of the largest law firms in Upper Styria for decades:

  • Peter Zach has been a partner in the firm since 1991. He is an experienced lawyer in all litigation litigation matters in court. In addition, he has specialized in the overall support of companies in all walks of life, from founding and ongoing support to the handover or sale of companies. This goes hand in hand with the focus on corporate, construction, real estate and real estate law as well as tax law.
  • Reinhard Teubl has been a partner at BZT lawyers since 2001. He also frequently represents in damages, traffic accident, insurance, banking and contractual disputes in court. He is also an expert on insolvency law and has been employed by the courts as an insolvency administrator for 20 years. In addition, he represents debtors for companies and private individuals in the event of economic hardship.
  • Harald Terler has been a partner at BZT Rechtsanwälte since 2011. His field of activity includes the specialist areas of insolvency law, damages and traffic law as well as family and inheritance law, but also neighborhood disputes, medical liability and social law issues are among his core competencies. He is also continuously entrusted by the courts with insolvency administrations.

The three lawyers are supported in their work by two trainee lawyers and eleven technically experienced employees. By means of this teamwork and due to the constant good cooperation with legal protection insurances, tax consultants and notaries, clients can be offered perfect solutions to their problems in almost all legal matters.
