Mysterious New York Women’s Shoe Thief: Fetish Offender?

Accustomed to dangerous criminals, the NYPD has come across a peculiar case: an alleged shoe-stripper of young women, who has stolen just one of their shoes.

The New York police released images of the alleged fetishist, in search of his identification and capture, after the complaint of at least three women victims of the strange case.

The shoe thief approached the women randomly in the trio of attacks in Brooklyn and Queens dating from January to last week, police said.
