“MSMEs Can Now Regularize Debts with Virtual Office Payment: Economic Development Agency’s Action Plan”

It is a collection management action plan to accompany MSMEs to regularize the debts of the different CREAR credits obtained between 2018 to the present.

One of the tools implemented by the Economic Development Agency is the epago virtual office, which allows credit installments to be paid digitally through electronic payments.

The virtual office facilitates and contributes to online payment so that MSMEs can quickly and easily pay the credit installments obtained with financing from Río Negro Fiduciaria SA

In addition, a personalized follow-up was carried out in a collaborative effort between RNF SA and the CREAR Agency, through telephone calls, emails and personal interviews, among other actions.

“Improving accessibility when collecting fees by providing greater traceability and clarity to beneficiaries was a pending task and having achieved a drop in rates by offering more and better services without using more restrictive or aggressive policies in a difficult environment for the sector It is a great satisfaction for us” assured the Administrative Technical Secretary of CREAR, María Eugenia Casi.

The delinquency management was divided into three periods, including preventive, early and late, in which work was done to reduce the number of debtors within these stages, allowing MSMEs to regulate their situation through this mechanism and avoid the legal instance.
