The recommendation suggests that companies, through the coordinating doctors of Occupational Health Medical Control Programs (PCMSO), establish a flow of information about workers with the municipal health departments of each municipality, whether employed or outsourced, belonging to the 22 groups listed as priorities in the National Vaccination Operationalization Plan against COVID-19. These categories include patients with congenital heart diseases, severe chronic lung diseases, Resistant Arterial Hypertension (RAH) and chronic kidney diseases, among others.

Among the recommended measures are the elaboration of a list of workers including data such as CPF name or SUS National Health Card and which is the priority group that it integrates. This list must be accompanied by documents proving the comorbidity, medical prescriptions, medical report, copy of medical records, among others. The recommendation also signals the need for companies to carry out internal campaigns to raise awareness among their employees in favor of vaccination.
