The number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia increased by 1,242 positive cases on Wednesday (15/6/2022). Meanwhile the number of recovered patients increased by 525, died 8.
Previously, on Tuesday (14/6/2022), the total number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia was 6,062,009 cases, 5,900,049 cases recovered, and 156,662 cases died.
Details of the development of Corona in Indonesia today as follows:
- New cases increase by 1,242, total cases to 6,063,251
- Recovered cases increased by 525, total recovered to 5,900,574
- Death cases increased by 8, total death to 156,670
There was an increase of 709 active cases compared to yesterday. This brings the total active cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia to 6,007.
In the midst of increasing COVID-19 cases, Indonesia reported new Omicron subvariants namely BA.4 and BA.5. There were 20 cases recorded as of Tuesday (14/6), the most reported symptoms include:
- Fever: 13 cases
- Cough: 13 cases
- Colds: 7 cases
- Sore throat: 7 cases
- Nausea: 1 case
- Body aches: 1 case
- Asymptomatic: 4 cases
