He said the search for Valeria was suspended after his disappearance. However, his party will coordinate with Immigration whether Valeria will be banned or blacklisted from entering Bali later.

“Blocking issues or in blacklist here, we will carry it out with our leaders later for confirmation with the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights,” he said.

His party admitted that they did not know that Valeria had returned to her country. He also just received a report this morning from the Bali Immigration.

“Immigration just said this morning that it had been met in accordance with the manifest that it was (out) from Bali. The data was found, after checking it was out,” he said.

Valeria Vasilieva went viral for calling the police in Bali corrupt. She came to Bali to represent her country following Miss Global on the Island of the Gods.

After the video went viral, the police tracked it down and it was discovered that the foreigner was staying at a hotel in the Badung area, Bali. However, after being visited by the hotel, the foreigner was not there.

The video uploaded to Valeria Vasilieva’s Tiktok account, namely @lerusi_k, created content that was considered insulting to the police while she was on vacation in Bali. He said the police in Bali are corrupt because they always ask tourists for money.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) of Bali Province, Anggiat Napitupulu said that the content of the viral video was under the authority of the police.

Anggiat had stated that Valeria would not necessarily be immediately deported if she was arrested by the police in Indonesia.

“Every foreigner residing in Indonesia is obliged to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including customs. However, any violations committed by foreigners are not deported immediately because every statutory regulation has its own implementing apparatus,” Napitupulu said in a written statement.

He said that Valeria must be processed by law before being proposed by the Immigration Office to be deported to her country of origin.

“In this case, the legal process must be prioritized by the relevant apparatus and then it can be proposed to the Immigration Office for deportation,” said Napitupulu.
