Ministry of Labor: parents of more than 21 million children received payments of 10 thousand rubles in June – Society

MOSCOW, June 28. / TASS /. The lump sum payments in the amount of 10 thousand rubles, which began on June 1, are currently received by parents of more than 21 million children. This was reported on Sunday to journalists in the press service of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation.

“When making the previously established lump sum payment of 10 thousand rubles for children from 3 to 16 years old, a technical algorithm for electronic data exchange was developed, which made it possible to quickly transfer funds to parents for more than 15 million children during the first day of payments. Funds for the remaining applications, received by June 1, were paid within 10 days. As of the current day, payments have already been made to 21 million children, “the Ministry of Labor said.

The agency believes that the efficiency and convenience in providing social support were positively evaluated by the recipients. The same approach and technical algorithm are also used when assigning a new one-time payment. Regulatory documents established that payments begin on July 1. Moreover, the new payment does not require a separate application from the parents, the decision is made on the basis of data already available to the Pension Fund, the ministry added.

“The implementation of the new one-time payment is carried out in accordance with the previously adopted approach. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection made no decisions to change the current algorithm in order to accelerate payments,” the Ministry of Labor emphasized.

President Vladimir Putin announced that in July the Russians will receive lump sum payments of 10 thousand rubles for children under 16 years of age. He signed a decree on a new payment.
