Make from the end of August The neighborhood police-actress Ianthe Tavernier (32) and former Home-actor in star actor star artist–winner Michel De Meyer (27) will join the cast of the musical from the end of August Daens conjugate. They will respectively play the role of Nette Scholliers and the socialist leader Jan De Meeter. The actors will alternate for those roles with Free Souffriau and Jelle Cleymans, who have been playing the characters since the musical’s first performance in 2008. They will also remain on board for the coming weeks.
On February 28, 2020, the new version of Daens premiere. However, after only 1 week, the performances had to be stopped. Tavernier and De Meyer are already enthusiastic. “The role of Nette is food and drink for me as an actress,” says the former. De Meyer then states that Daens Studio 100’s second major musical is in which he can play a leading role, after 40-45.
