I read:
– because it is a foreign app
– which is very popular with teenagers’.
– magnify about potentially dangerous trends on TikTok
– lobbied local administrators
Just to take it to the personal.
– I am (now) a foreigner. Fact.
Advertising with “Koopt Nederlandsche Waren” is not prohibited. Nor does it emphasize that (my competitor is) a Dutchman. (It is up to the reader to determine whether something ‘Out of the Strange’ is a danger).
– I have a nice application aimed at teenagers (who like that too) Fact.
It is up to the reader to determine whether something (more) aimed at teenagers is right or wrong.
– I (actually my subscribers) like to glorify self-mutilation. Fact. (Unlike my competitor who glorifies suicide.
Reporting competitors’ flaws is not prohibited. There is no law that obliges me to emphasize my own greater flaws (eg glorification of suicide).
– My competitor asks drivers to ban me.
There is no law that prevents me from winning politicians to my position.
As long as Facebook / Targeted Victory sticks to the facts, they are free to win people over to their point of view.
